Dreaming

Lately, I've been having some very weird dreams. Some of which I remember, some of which I do not.

Last night I had a dream that Sage had four little kittens of her own. They just rolled right out of her and tumbled across the kitchen floor. I feared that I really was going to be seen as the crazy cat lady.

How would I ever find a husband, how would I get rid of that cat smell (two is not bad at all, but six cats!?!?!?), how would I take care of them all?

I woke up to find sage cuddled up next to me (as the picture illustrates) and not a baby kitty in sight. Phew.

I'm off to shop and cook for the New Years Eve party tomorrow. I can't believe 2007 is over. From October until now, it's been a great year. But the rest of it was mediocre at best. A lot of stress, a lot of frustration, and a lot of sadness. I'm ready for a new year.

John and I are celebrating at my friends Tom and Brooks' place. They are like family. I'm making Thai chicken lettuce wraps and cold sesame noodles (the provide the booze, I provide the appetizer).

After a little grocery shopping, i'm going out to watch the big game. GO STEELERS!!
