Now this, is my problem.

I complain and complain and complain about not losing weight (or ahem, gaining).

I'm not even talking about a substantial number here, either-5 maybe 10 pounds, TOPS!

My pants still fit (snugly), and I haven't gone up a size--but I do have a nice indent on my tummy (read total button indent) that never used to be there when i take off my pants.

But, I don't actually get off my butt and do anything about it.

I planned on walking off the pounds tonight, but Desperate Housewives seemed way more enticing.

Instead of eating a salad, I whipped up some pork, asparagus and shitake black bean stir fry. That sucked, so I threw it away and ate half of a frozen pizza. Polished off with a cookies and cream ice cream bar.

Seriously, can somebody please give me some motivation. I've got nothing (expect a refrigerator full of food).

I'm in the same boat. Just about 5-10 lbs. more than I want to be, but it is seriously all in my stomach! I just started (yesterday) doing exercises from the Abs Diet for Women. I checked it out from the library instead of buying it just in case it sucks. My whole body is sore today so maybe it will work!

I am trying to lose my baby weight, but by trying I mean just saying "man I wish I could loose this weight!" If you find motivation anywhere please let me know. I could use a little of that!
