Avocado Salad

This is a simple (and not too awe inspiring recipe) that really jazzed up some grilled flank steak last night.

I highly recommend....

1 small avocado (peeled and diced)
1 small can of corn
1 small can of black beans
Juice from one lime
1 tsp of jalapeno pepper (I used dried jalapenos)
1 tsp Cilantro (I used dried)
Salt and Pepper

Serve this over grilled flank steak and enjoy!
