Eats and Other Stuff

I have been the worst dieter the last few days.

On Saturday, I swear that I ate my weight in spinach dip at a friend's party.

On Sunday, we got a TON done around the house. We took down two trees (I know, we're naughty and it's Earth day weekend and all, but they were dying), my husband installed a new outdoor light fixture, we hit up some shops, went grocery shopping, did all of our laundry, painted the pantry door, painted the trim in the bathroom and watched TV.

We also ate at a Chinese food buffet. FAIL! I was as good as you can be at one of those, but it was one heck of a naughty weekend.

An so it goes.. it's Monday. My least favorite day to get out of bed.

I stated my morning off with.....
Cereal Mix- 2 points

Midmorning Snack (b/c my body was used to pigging out all weekend):
Fire Roasted Tomato and Olive Oil Triscuits- 2 points

The usual sandwich- 3 points
The usual apple slices- 0 points
The usual ranch mini rice cakes- 2 points

A handful of peanut butter filled pretzels- 3 points (a total guess)
1/2 serving Salt and Vinegar pop chips- 1 point


These beauties. They are an actual weight watchers recipe-- it's chicken, cheese, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and potatoes.

"Potato Skins"- 4.5 points
Too much Rosemary/Olive Oil Bread- 5 points?

Total: Over by 1.5 points

Stick a fork in me!

I had a bad WW week last week but I am back on track!

Girl, I had a bad diet weekend myself. I wonder if we were at the same party because I too overindulged on the spinach dip. The only thing that saved me (stretching here, just go with it) was that I dipped broccoli and celery in it and not bread or chips.

I eat crap every weekend. I just become a chip and pizza fiend. At least it's veggie pizza! ha

I had some dinners out this weekend too... time to crack the whip! :) Those potato skins look great!
