My Eats, April 15

Today was my weigh in day and I'm proud to announce that I'm down 2.8 pounds this week! Wahoo! I'm proud of myself and it's the most that I've lost in one week, to date.

My meeting leader still reminds me of a hyper chihuahua, but she must be doing something right. So now, I have 35 extra flex points to last me through Wednesday. I'll need them, because the weekends are always killer-- especially this one, since I'll be away.

Now, onto the food....


The norm for the week- my cereal mix- 2 points
Coffee with french vanilla creamer- .5 points



Deli flat- 1 point
Deli turkey- 1 point
Reduced Fat Cheese- 2 points
1 serving ranch flavored rice cakes- 2 points
1.5 cups apple slices- 1 point


5 strawberries, 5 blackberries- .5 points?
100 Calorie Pack of popcorn- 1 point



My husband wanted buffalo chicken subs tonight and since I have some flex points, I figured that I'd play along. Once I saw the bread, it just wasn't that appealing, so I turned my sub into a salad.

3 oz chicken with buffalo sauce- 3 points
1 oz pepperjack cheese- 3 points
2 tbsp FF ranch dressing- 1 point
Lettuce and assorted veggies- 0 points
1 serving frozen french fries- 3 points

Total: 21

Which leaves me with one point-- I've got a hankering for something sweet, so I may use that point on a 1 point Weight Watchers dessert bar- either cookies and cream or caramel.

I keep seeing those sandwhich thins on everyones blog...I'm going to have to try them! Congrats on the weight loss!

I love those cookies and cream bars, but I can't keep them in my house or I'd eat them all in a weekend!
