Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps

We LOVE these things-- and they are actually surprisingly healthy.

I'm going to warn you though-- make the sauce as it is directed-- if you omit something or substitute, it just won't taste as good as it should.

For the Meat Mixture:
1 lb 94% fat free ground turkey
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can water chesnuts, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Cook all of the above in a large pan, until cooked through.

For the Sauce:
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp chili sauce (such as Sriracha)
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Pour the sauce over the meat and heat through.

Next, eat your face off.
