What's UP?

Sorry, I forgot to share my menu on Thursday and Friday...

On Thursday I did pretty well (went over by about 6 points thanks to three beers at my kickball game)-- and I weighed in. Down another pound (would have liked to seen more, but whatever).

For now, I'm enjoying my weekend. It's a totally lazy weekend and those come few and far between for the two of us.

On Friday we lounged and enjoyed some seafood. For those of you that are local- let me let you in on a little secret- the crab cakes at Giant (yes, the grocery store in the deli section) are the best around (better than the Annapolis fish market). The crab cakes we got last night were no exception. Bigger than baseballs, full of lump crab meat, no fillers and only 7 bucks each on sale.


We also had some steamed shrimp, baked potatoes and some beer. I didn't even count my points on Friday night. I went into the evening will 12 left over and I'm sure that my dinner swallowed up all of 'em.

(thank the lord for 35 flex points).

Today we did a little yard work, ran a few errands and have spent most of the day napping with these cuties.


Alright ya'll, I'm heading back to the couch.

I dont know what I'd do without the flex points or with nights that you just say "I am not counting points!" Tonight might be one of those for me... sushi and cupcakes for a friend's birthday. I dont think WW would like that menu very much.
