Question

I have a lot that I should be writing about.

I've finished another book. I celebrated a one year wedding anniversary on the 17th. I spent a weekend holed away with the hubby in Pittsburgh, PA.

That is all coming, but in the meantime, I've just got to ask.......

DISCLAIMER: I am not pregnant. I am not even trying to get pregnant. If I am pregnant and become pregnant anytime in the near future it will be an act of god and miracle. I'm wondering simply because I know no less than 2343463453 pregnant people and I'm aware of that fact that some of them are probably puking their faces off.

How do those of you that suffer morning sickness with your pregnancies hide it for 12 weeks?

I know people that claim to just spontaneously puke fifty times a day on Facebook. How the heck do you hide that?

I don't feel comfortable calling these people out on facebook, but I'm seriously perplexed and I'm hoping that my bloggy friends will clear the air.

They think they are hiding it but they aren't! :) My co-worker ran back and forth to the bathroom a million times every morning. I knew the whole time. But I waited and acted surprised when she told me. LOL

OMG I wonder the SAME THING!!
I am praying I have a puke-free or low-puke pregnancy so it will be easy to hide for the first trimester.

LOL at carolina girl pretending to be surprised.

You try to find a rarely used bathroom in hopes minimal people are in there. Or blame a stomach bug. Or just sit as still as you possibly can in your desk chair nibbling on crackers and trying not to move while willing yourself to not puke.

But I think everyone notices and just pretend they don't.

That is one of my biggest fears about being pregnant at work! I teach, so if I need to puke, I'm going to have to run out of the room, hope the kids don't act up, and then come back in and try to explain myself! I don't think anyone can really hide constant puking during pregnancy.

That is a very good question...

Hahahaha. I work at a pregnancy center, and I should really include that disclaimer on any and all email, texts, FB statuses, etc, that I post. Maybe even on letters to. Haha!

I don't think I necessarily hid it. My MS started around 7 weeks and last until 20 weeks ish. Horrible. At least 7-10 times a day. Honestly.... I just usually puked into my trash can. I'd keep my office door closed and take the liner out immediately. It was much better than running into the bathroom and kneeling on a dirty floor.

If somebody's puking all the time, there's no way to hide it. Good luck with that. Haha!
